Q: How Can I Place An Order In Alma E Coração Website?

To place an order on our website start by selecting a product and adding it to your cart.

To submit your order, you’ll have to fill in your shipping and billing information and finally insert your payment information. After that, you’ll receive an email confirming the submission of your order.

Your order will be dispatched 1 working day after your submission, except if there’s any piece missing to complete your order because it is in pre-order status. In that case we’ll wait until we can ship your complete order.

 

Q: Wich Payment Methods Are Available?

You may pay for your order using Credit Card, PayPal or through bank transfer to the account NIB 0035 0085 0010 7897 6300 5.

If the payment is made by bank transfer, the proof of payment should be sent to the email info@almaecoracao.pt with indication of the order number.

If you chose to pay by Credit Card or PayPal, the proof of payment will be issued by the competent entity and included automatically in the process of your order.

 

Q: Where Are Alma E Coração Produced And With What Material?

All of Alma e Coração’ jewelry pieces are made in Portugal, with Sterling Silver (925) with yellow gold, rose gold, rhodium or oxidized plated.

 

Q: How Do I Know My Jewel Piece Is Authentic?

All Alma e Coração jewelry pieces are certified by Portuguese Assay INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda, S.A.) when applicable.

The contrast confirms the authenticity of the metal used in each piece, i.e. the type of gold or silver, by applying the contrast with the liability mark, the manufacturer’s mark or equivalent. Click here www.incm.pt for more information on the contrast marks.

 

Q: Do Alma E Coração Jewelry Pieces Have A Warranty?

Vianas offers a 1-year warranty on all items if your jewelry presents manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover defects that result from misuse or loss of the jewelry piece.

 

Q: How Aan I Take Care Of My Jewels, For Them To Last Longer?

Follow some care tips to keep your jewelry in good condition and avoid damaging it:

  • Do not wear your jewel while doing sport, housework, in the shower or bathing in saltwater or with chlorine.
  • The application of perfumes, lacquers or creams on the jewelry can remove the sheen or change the color of the jewels.
  • Always store your jewelry in a dry place on a pouch or box, and not leaving it on light and air for long periods as it will oxidize them by changing their color.
  • Clean your jewels regularly with a soft dry cloth.

Q: How Can I Know The Ring Size to order?

To find out which Ring Size to order, you must first take the measurement of the intended finger, and then see in our attached table the Ring Number it corresponds.

How to know the finger measurement?

  • Take an existing ring that fits well on the intended finger;
  • Measure the inside diameter of that ring;

You may request changes in your order by phone ( +351 210 975 704 ) or email info@almaecoracao.pt within 1 business day after the order submission, as orders are shipped within 1 business day.

 

Q: Can I Exchange Or Return A Alma E Coração's Jewelry Piece?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of reception of the order.

You have like this, 14 days to notify us through e-mail, letter by courier or using the “Free Resolution Format”.

We refund the cost of items except shipping costs.

Upon reception of the items on our adress, refund is made within 7 business days.

Q: What After Sales Services Are Available?

We are available to repair your Alma e Coração’ jewelry pieces upon request if you damage them and wish to recover them.

To polish or clean your jewelry simply contact Alma e Coração and ship the piece to our offices. Only transportation costs will be charged to you. To do so, contact our customer service: info@almaecoracao.pt .
