Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date of physical receipt of your order.

To request the Order Cancelation and Return you must notify us, through our contacts by e-mail, letter by corrier or using our “Format of Free Resolution”.

We refund the cost of items except shipping costs. The articles should be returned until 30 days after your cancelation requested. Upon receipt of the items, refunds will be made within 7 business days.

To prepare your return please note the following requirements:

• the pieces must be returned in their original state without any sign of use.
• must be shipped in our Alma e Coração jewelry box.
• reach our address within 30 days after the date of your cancelation requested.
